On Sep 24,2017, the Blockchain R&D seminar was held in Beijing, further promoting the development of Blockchain, the Blockchain alliance lab launched at the same time.

This meeting started with the league president Song, he indicated that blockchain technology was first introduced in ‘National Informatization Planning’ in 2016 December, which leads to the innovation-oriented national strategies. The launched ‘Blockchain lab’ is mainly for the Blockchain developing and testing, industry and science research, it aims to the national core lab for Blockchain innovation that based on the alliance resource.
In order to promote the communication of the information industry, China informatization alliance is a national organization for those cross-industry and cross-department, the members including public institution and professional secieties,both at home and abroad. For market-oriented, cooperating with government, public institution or the experts; For resource-oriented, building the sharing network; For policy-oriented, accelerating the speed of informatization, mainwhile, with the development train of thought for ‘Leading application, Market-oriented’.
The industry experts were invited to the meeting, including the chief science Wang Maolu of Shuqin Tech and chief consulting Du Shenghai of Shuqin Tech. During the meeting, it put the vote on lab articles and annual working planning, as well as the officers. Wang Maolu is elected as the vice-chairman, and Feng Ye is elected as CDO(Chief Data Officer).
The lab will establish the Blockchain standards and evaluation system, providing the consulting and testing services. On the one side, provide the professional testing service for Blockchain firms, then to improve the product quality; On the other side, provide the servives like building consult, product choosing and application scene assessment, then to guarantee the life circle quality of the launched application. Among these, the core service direction is for the Blockchain-based authorization service with the trusted data, at the same time, with the solutions for ‘evidence on chain, full-network checking’, ‘one-stop service, multi-line development’, ’one network, opened sharing’, ‘one chain transfer, incremental power’. Mainwhile, together with the enterprised, universities and research centres, the lab also has the plan for public lectures and training target.
The establishment of lab is from 0 to 1, taking the data processing service as the main vision and target, providing the technical support for the government and financial institutions, further to a convenient society for value release.
