At present, Baoquan has owned the certificate III called “Ranked Protection of Information Security System ” by national public security department , which means that Bapquan is the first electronic data attestation service platform through blockchain. Furthermore, promoting the data security building on the platform, and  it is also a powerful proof of its strength and qualifications.

The ranked protection evaluation is execute by the standardization electronic industry institute of MIIT, ensure the scientificity, rigidity, fairness and authority of the evaluation processes and results. The evaluation content includes security, security management, network security, host security, application security, data security, backup and recovery, hole scanning etc. The evaluation result indicates that Baoquan has established a relatively perfect safety management system. In many ways, the system basically meets the requirements like the safety management agencies, personal security, system maintenance and emergency protection management. For the network level, the division of safety area is more reasonable, and the measures for safety protection have been deployed , meanwhile, the control rules of the visiting network  boundary have been set. For the hosts, the security policy has been deployed as the requirements III of the ranked protection. For the application security, the security protection protocol has been applied to meet the requirements of the ranked protection.

According to the understanding of 《Measures for the ranked protection management of information security》, the protection levels of information system is divided into five levels, the higher level means the stronger security protection. The Internet financial institutions like the third party payment enterprise and the network lending platform are mostly adopted by the ISP Level II. And the highest level for the non-bank units is the ISP Level III that means Baoquan has the equal security level.
