Q: How to apply for the permissions of SDK and API?

A: When the enterperise finish the authentication, you can apply for Baoquan Sig API access online. We will provide the user label of API call when the review completed.

Q: What is the applicable scope for electronic contract?

A: According to  《Electronic Signatures Law》, the electronic signature is not suitable for the following files, as well as the electronic contract:

1. Relating to marriage, adoption, inheritance, etc.
2. Relating to the transfer of property interest, such as land transfer, housing transfer…
3. Relating to the public service, such as stopping water supply, heat supply, electronic supply …
4. According to the law or administration regulation, these electronic files does not apply to.

Q: Why use PDF for the signature?

A: PDF is not only for ISO 3200 standard, but also for the national recommendation standard GB/T23286.1-2009.  PDF has the self signature specification PADES, the inside electronic signature can be verified by the third party browser like Adobe Reader or Foxit browser.

Q: Is the contract content visible for Baoquan.com?

A: Absolutely not! Baoquan Sig  applys the multiple encryption on contract data, it worked  when the contract enters into Baoquan sig system by digital envelope. And it only visible for the contract owner and participants. The people who outside the process have no permission to view the detail.
